Atmosphere & Gastronomic Identity
Nestled deep in the untamed river valleys of Keliki just north of Ubud, Keliki Luxury Dining at Keliki Luxury Lodge is an exclusive open-air gastronomy pavilion looking out across pristine river gorges and bamboo forests. Combining refined French fine-dining sensibilities with tropical jungle tranquility, the dining room is appointed with hand-carved teak tables, fine crystal stemware, and ambient torchlight, providing an ultra-luxe sanctuary for intimate evenings.
The culinary brigade crafts innovative multi-course degustations marrying French gastronomic technique with premium Indonesian spices and prime global cuts. Highlights include pan-seared foie gras paired with spiced mango chutney, flame-grilled Australian Wagyu beef tenderloin MB9 accompanied by roasted shallot puree, and decadent Valrhona chocolate spheres dusted in gold leaf. An exemplary sommelier-curated wine cellar ensures world-class pairings for every course.
