The Castaway Coral Wellness Bale — little more than a hand-hewn coconut wood platform on stilts above the beach — is run by four village women who blend hand-pressed virgin coconut oil with wild sea fennel and dried hibiscus flowers before working slow, patient ancestral strokes from crown to heel.
