The Penebel area, Tabanan Regency, is the choice of tourists to enjoy the Prophet's Birthday holiday, Tuesday (25/8/2026). The natural panorama in the form of rice fields, hills, and cool air is a special attraction for tourists who want to find a different atmosphere from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Since morning, a number of tourist destinations in the Penebel area have started to become busy with visitors. One of them is the Espa natural hot spring natural tourism in Penalahan Village. Tourists were seen arriving in groups, the majority with their families. Not a few young couples choose this area to spend their holiday time.

One of the tourists, Arimbawa, deliberately came with his family from Peguyangan, Denpasar, to enjoy the warm natural sulfur hot springs and the natural atmosphere of Penebel.

The father of two children, who works as a private employee, left Denpasar at around 08.00 WITA. He chose to leave early to avoid heavy traffic.

"I came in a group. Me, my wife, children and siblings too," he said.

According to Arimbawa, this was not the first visit to the natural hot springs. He admitted that he had come several times because the atmosphere offered kept him from getting bored.

"I've come here several times and don't get bored. While on holiday," he said.

Apart from hot spring tourism, the Penebel area is also enlivened by a number of cafes that offer views of the rice fields. One of them is Hanaloka Cafe in Wongaya Gede Village which is also the choice of tourists during this holiday season.

Ari, a tourist from Uluwatu, admitted that he was deliberately looking for a cool place to spend his holiday. He and his partner left at around 07.00 WITA and initially planned to visit one of the coffee shops around Wongaya. However, because the place he was going to was already busy, he then chose Hanaloka Cafe.

"We deliberately looked for a cool and cool healing place during the holidays. Because in Uluwatu there are only beaches," he said.
