The hotel is called the Tiki Suite and can be booked through Airbnb, a lodging and property booking site. The location of this hotel is in Key West, an island at the southern tip of Florida, United States (US).

The only access to get to the Tiki Suite is by boat. Uniquely, one of the conditions for staying there is that guests must have a sailing permit because the accommodation is included in the criteria for a floating house.
