The Practice Canggu
A majestic bamboo cathedral devoted to classical Tantric Hatha traditions, lineage meditation, and deep somatic energy rebalancing amidst lush lotus waterways.
The Curatorial Take
Rising majestically on the upper stretch of Batu Bolong, The Practice is one of Bali’s most revered architectural wonders. Designed entirely from curvilinear giant bamboo and traditional thatch, the multi-tiered open pavilion rests peacefully over tranquil koi ponds and lotus gardens, acting as an acoustic shield from the street. Dedicated to the uninterrupted transmission of classical Tantric Hatha yoga, it prioritizes subtle energetic mastery and somatic restoration.
Individual restorative healing sessions at The Practice go far beyond conventional muscular release. Guided by senior yogic practitioners, private sessions integrate personalized pranayama (breath control), gentle restorative asana alignments supported by bolsters, and guided nervous-system resets. The experience calms the vagus nerve and harmonizes vital prana, leaving travelers deeply anchored and serene.
Traditional Hatha Yoga Masterclass (Moon & Sun Sequences)
The signature experience begins with an aromatic sea-salt foot purification ritual, followed by rhythmic Balinese Usadha deep tissue bodywork that systematically dissolves transit tension along vital energy meridians. Concluding with private herbal soaking tubs and botanical elixirs.
