The two-story industrial cafe features exposed brickwork, raw steel accents, and a large second-floor veranda looking out over the lively bustle of central Ubud. Roasting beans from every major coffee-producing island across the archipelago, Anomali is dedicated to showcasing the incredible botanical terroir of Indonesian Arabica.

Diners can embark on a geographical cupping tour through manual brew methods including V60, Aeropress, and French Press. From the earthy, herbal notes of Mandheling to the bright floral acidity of Toraja Kalosi and chocolatey Papua Wamena, every cup tells an island story.
