Perched directly above The Lawn with frontline vistas of the crashing surf, Skool Kitchen is an elemental dining room dedicated exclusively to primitive fire craft. Every single dish that leaves the kitchen touches fire in some form—whether wood-grilled, ember-roasted, or smoked over aromatic local coffee wood. The dining room balances refined intimacy with raw ocean drama, featuring dark timber banquettes, flickering candlelight, and an open fire-pit line.

The cooking here exhibits astonishing precision and control over flame. Whole bone-in turbot is cooked gently over hardwood coals until the skin crackles, drizzled with burnt lemon butter and fresh capers. Complementing the savory courses are ember-charred greens with stracciatella and smoked craft cocktails infused with charred rosemary and burnt citrus peels.
