The kitchen prepares impeccable homestyle dishes made entirely from scratch using recipes handed down through generations. The signature Nasi Campur is presented in a handwoven bamboo basket lined with fresh banana leaf, featuring skewers of fragrant minced chicken sate lilit wrapped around lemongrass stalks, spiced tofu, crisp tempeh, and succulent braised chicken in rich yellow bumbu. Conclude with golden banana fritters drizzled in warm palm sugar syrup and freshly brewed Balinese coffee.
