The treatment begins with an intuitive full-body massage utilizing long thumb strokes, palm pressure, and blood-stimulating acupressure along the body’s energy channels. Next, skin is enveloped in a freshly hand-pounded warm Boreh paste of ginger, nutmeg, crushed rice, and wild cloves that generates a deep, radiant inner heat to dissolve toxins and soothe aching joints. Following a gentle cooling rinse, guests submerge into a volcanic stone tub heaped with fresh garden blossoms before savoring a golden, freshly pressed tonic of turmeric, tamarind, and raw wild honey.
